Fall 5% assignment #3, WHY do you want to lose weight.........
1. To live a long time to enjoy my hubby & baby girl
2. To be healthy, to avoid heart disease, BP issues, Diabetes, Cancer etc. all related to obesity
3. To feel like me.. haven't felt "normal" since I"found" this weight 5 years ago
4. To have healthy eating under control, so I am example for my daughter
5.To shop in any store I want
6. To run with less injuries
7. To run faster
8. To want to "Let Love Rule"
9. To be able to be in pictures & not delete them
10. To be able to wear all my race shirts
11. To find running clothes at race expos in my size
12. To run into old friends and not be embarrassed about letting myself go
13. To have a healthy pregnancy...someday
