Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight. To look better, have better health, have better mobility.
What do you want to change? I want to change my weight, my intake, and my exercise plan.
How do you want to look? Looking good will be an added benefit. I'd much rather keep my cholesterol and blood work numbers in normal range than look good. It would be nice to wear a size 10 or less again.
How do you want to feel? Actually, I feel good now, except for the problem with my heels.
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? My body is in pretty good shape right now. I have lost muscle tone and look forward to be able to do harder DVDs.
And list all the OTHER things that you want to change! I'd like to change how others perceive me. Fat people seem to equal lazy people in our society.
