Another pre-challenge activity... so here we go:
1. List all the reasons you want to lose weight:
This list could go on & on...
To be healthier (hopefully get off some of the meds I am on)
To live longer (grandkids are in my future & I'd like to watch them grow up)
To look better (would love to shop in a "regular" dept vs. plus size)
To hurt less (my knees feel better as I lost weight)
To be more active (I loved running... hoping that I can do that again someday)
To be happier (I have self-loathe when I get to this weight)
2. What do you want to change?
I want to make lifestyle changes this time, rather than "diet".
I want my eating choices to become healthy by nature.
I want to be more active.
I want to stop drinking the diet soda.
3. How do you want to look?
I want to be thinner. (I'd love to fit into clothes that are already in my closet!)
I'd love for my thighs not to rub together!
4. How do you want to feel?
I want to feel better about myself when I look in the mirror.
I want to be happier & not so disgusted w/ myself.
I want to feel more energetic.
5. What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
Workout for longer periods.
Shop in "normal" depts. @ clothing stores.
Possibly run in the future again.
