Could the scale be wrong??

Wednesday, September 19, 2012

Hey everyone. I have a question... has anyone else followed their calorie plan, exercised and still doubted the scale? I swear, I step onto that thing and think its lying. Lol! I think its lying because its actually moving DOWN. I am so afraid that I want to keep getting on it to see if I magically have gained back the 3 pounds I've lost. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem. :)

It's not been a problem I have often, as it rarely goes down, emoticon but yes, it's disbelief really I suppose!

I've also had this happen a few times. Relish in the belief that you've done everything right and that you deserve this. Best of luck on your journey. Looking forward to hearing more about your 'problem'. emoticon

Congratulations on the number on the scale going down! I don't usually believe the number either, until I've seen it at least two weeks in a row. I like to be conservative with setting a lower weight on Spark, because once it goes down, I don't want to have to turn around and mark it back up!!

Every single time I step on that scale I expect the number to go back up, and if it goes down I weigh twice to make sure I didn't imagine it or do something wrong.
It seems to take our minds a while to catch up with our bodies : )

I also had this "good problem" a few days ago. I weighed in at 3lbs less, just 4days after my last weigh-in. I was too scared to record it and had to wait for a few days to confirm it was real. I love such problems!!
