No, I didn't magic some internet into my flat. Sadly.
But I did manage all of week 5 day 1! Well, there were a few seconds where I had to stop to re-attach my mp3 player to my headphones, but that doesn't count. It wasn't like I stopped because I felt like my legs were going to fall off.
AND I managed to stay in my ranges for everything (except fibre) without using my food tracker! I just input everything I've had today and I'm bang in range! Plus I'm not too stressed about the fibre count because I was over yesterday - it evens out.
Over the last couple of days I feel like I can actually see the difference in me. My arms don't look so chunky. My tummy seems a bit smaller. I love it : D
