Learning how to do this

I am just learning how to work this site. Any tips are appreciated. I am looking for simple exercises to start with.

    Track a walk around your block, my first walk was 3/4 mile. I now walk a 10K every morning. It took 6 months to build up to it, but I am doing it and loving it. Make one or two small changes at a time until you are comfortable with them then make one or two more changes. These changes build on themselves and next thing you know you'll have a different life style without feeling deprived. You'll be losing pounds and inches along the way and gaining knowledge, courage and self-confidence. Also leave messages on your team boards for help, if you have a problem someone else has been there or is there too. The people on you team will also be the first people to cheer your successes, they are truly there for you. Good luck!
