2 Days In

This is day 2 of being a member of sparkpeople, and I've already burned more calories than I ever did in any other program. The videos are fun, and the workouts are amazing. Being able to track what I eat, and know my calorie intake (as well as fat, carbs and everything else) has already made me more consciencious about what I eat, and how much I eat. It's shocking to see just how many calories and other things are in what I eat regularly. With sparkpeople it's not going to take very long before I fit perfectly into my bridesmaid's dress for my cousin's wedding.
