I have learned this week that keeping it simple is what I need to do. I have a Curves meal planner at home and I use this. It is a magnet/white board that I can keep track of my food on, but I use it for planning my day. This is how I do it.
1. I plan before I shop what I am going to eat for lunch for the week (I eat the same thing every day). I need to do this to as I said "Keep it simple".
2. Then I take my planner with the food magnets and plan what I need to take to work every day. This calendar has different magnets for different food groups and 2 snacks and lunch on it.
3. When I am packing my lunch I move the magnets to the right as I pack them.
This helps me make sure that I have enough food to make it through the day and also helps me to make sure that I am packing healthy items. I cannot believe how easy it has been and how much it helps me.
