Man, it has been really hard for me to watch my caloric intake. Also, it doesn't seem to help that I am walking in the evenings.. I so want to lose this extra weight I have gain in the last several years. It will help my heart condition and make me have more energy and feel better for my children.

    Be patient with yourself. it takes time. Trying incorporating more water, fruits, veggies and scale back on high calorie treats and it will help. Walking is also a great start. Welcome to sparkpeople and good luck. You can do it, just take baby steps to that you form solid habits.

  Stay pound at a time. Walking is the BEST exercise, hands down.
