I really like the clean, clean interface of My Fitness Pal. Nothing to distract you. However, I also like Spark. So, here is how I can do both. I am going to Spark first thing in the morning, doing the trivia and the blog, and the trackers. With Fitness Pal I will either just enter the calories, or if it was a simple meal, enter the foods. My Fitness Pal makes it easier to enter foods that you eat all the time.
I love Coach Nicole and her exercises. I think I can use both websites. I am not going to weigh myself until I see some progress with my clothing. Then we will see if this new plan works.
