Good to Hurt Again

It's been too long since I've worked out to the point of feeling pain the next day. Shoot, I was in pain a little yesterday too and it was only the 1/2 hour workout from the 28 Day Bootcamp dvd. I guess I've really neglected my legs, because I am VERY aware of them today! I feel like I'm back in the swing of things again.
