My weight is back to where it was before I lost 15lbs. This dissapoints me but I'm trying to stay loyal to spark people and trying to watch what I eat. I feel like I'm just a step or two away from totally letting myself go. I've been exercising but it seems like part of the time, I'll blow it off just because I don't feel like doing it. I love to cook and do better if I eat my food but there are so many temptations at work. And I hate to track my food. UUUghhh!
