Day 3

Today I decided against my better judgement to weigh myself. Yes on the morning of day 3 lol. I have gained 3 lbs! I have tracked all my foods faithfully and it not hormonal because I just had my monthly visitor. I'm going to take a deep breathe and just keep going. the next two weeks are really about getting in the habit of tracking rather than losing weight. Once I get in the habit I will go to trying to lose 2lbs rather than just 1 lbs. I also have to get in the habit of going for a walk every morning to getting in the exercise mode.

My main goal is to be normal weight by my 36th birthday 04/14/2014.I have been making short term goals to help me reach my long term goals and it feels good to make progress.
