The food scale, measuring equipment and cooking supplies are always in use, so they are always handy. The new season means new recipes. I've been sorting through the envelope of recipes I've cut from magazines and put the ones I'll use on the challenge aside.
The gazelle isn't being used as a clothes rack. I have new socks to go with my exercise shoes, and the long exercise pants I bought on clearance at the end of spring fit perfectly now.
I have a brand new pedometer watch. I don't use this one yet - like new things the first day of school I will wear my watch starting the first day of the challenge.
My exercise plan includes after dinner walks with hubby, watching and doing 3 SP exercise videos per week, and walking with Leslie Sansone 4 days per week. Strength training x3 per week.
Eating plan: Incorporate the recipes I've set aside using the flat-belly/Mediteranean style of eating. I will incorporate a treat into each day, if only a taste.
My goal is to lose 8.5 pounds by the time the 8 week challenge comes to an end.
