SO, I've started the school year again with substitute teaching. I am loving that btw! However I am dead tired by the time I get home. How do you guys get past that so that you still do your workouts and such. I've not been doing my best.

    Thanks guys the biggest struggle about mornings for me is how cold everything will be in just a week or two here, I'm already starting to unpack the heavy blankets, and soon mornings will be freezing winter is coming early this year here in KY I can feel it at the door. I will try an evening snack.

    I make sure to have a healthy snack about an hour to 90 minutes before I'm scheduled to work out. Perks me right up! (And even if it doesn't, just start moving and you'll see that your energy picks up in a few minutes.)

    Oh, yeah - and make sure you're getting enough sleep!!

    I like to get up early and do my workout first thing in the morning. It was hard at first getting up an hour earlier but now my body seems to have adjusted, I wake up without the alarm clock now. Sometimes I will go after dinner for a short walk around the block and sometimes even if I am tired, once I get started, I seem to get a second wind.
