Got through a vacation in good shape

Back from five days and four nights in Ogunquit Maine. I stayed on top of my food and tried to make healthy choices. A lot of food I had to guess at as there were no nutritional guidelines online for the restaurants we ate in. I had fruit, yogurt and granola "sundae" three of the mornings and splurged on French toast the 4th morning. I walked ALOT and when I got home and weighted myself, I had lost almost a pound. I am a happy girl!
