My Goals and Action Plan from A to Z!

I can't believe this year is almost over. Where has the time gone? I'm ready for my goals to become a reality. What will it take?
Attitude - have a positive, can do attitude.
Believe - believe in myself and my goals enough to pursue them and stick to it.
Commitment - to stick to the plan and have a backup when things don't work out as planned.
Determination - to not give up, no matter what life throws at me.
Exercise - workout (ST & Cardio at least 3 times a week).
Food - follow the Paleo lifestyle.
Goals - set goals, post them where I will see them and follow them.
Hydrate - drink at least 64 oz of water everyday.
Involve - others in my plan for support, encouragement, and accountability.
Just - do it!
Keep - a log of my exercise and nutrition.
Laughter - enjoy life and laugh often. Laughter is good medicine.
Massage - treat myself to a massage every month or two to help keep my muscles loose.
Never - give up or quit. All things are possible.
Oxygen - get outside as often as possible for fresh air and exercise (running, walking, bike riding, raking leaves, etc).
Pray - prayer makes all the difference and I can't do this on my own.
Quit - making excuses. They don't work and it's not worth it.
Run - as often as possible and complete the races I sign up for.
Sleep - get 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
Train - body, mind, and spirit. Keep all areas of my life balanced as much as possible.
Uncover - the hidden reasons that keep my from reaching my goals and figure out an action plan to change those reasons into success.
Victory - celebrate each accomplishment on my journey, no matter how big or small.
Watch - others and learn from them. Ask questions, when necessary, so I can succeed too.
eXpect - results and don't settle for less.
Yell - for help from others when I need it. This applies to all areas of life. Sometimes we need others to give us their perspective or help get us jump started again.
Zero - excuses. Excuses don't get results. Hard work, planning, and doing the right things get results.
Now it's time to go after my goals and achieve them!!!
Weight loss goal:
Weigh 175 pounds by the end of December 2012!!!!
Complete the St. Jude's Half Marathon in December and shoot for a time of 3:10 or better.
Hopefully complete some other half marathons between now and the end of the year.
Sign up for and run some local 5K's and shoot for a time of 35 minutes or better.
Apple Day's 5K
Eat clean by following the Paleo lifestyle 80% of the time. Allow for treats once in a while.
Complete the Beth Moore Bible Study "James Mercy Triumphs" by the end of October.
