Things are looking good..

Tuesday, September 18, 2012

This time around I have been more committed to my changing the way I live my life. I try to live each day to the fullest with no regrets..I have been exercising more and more .. made it like a game always looking to sneek in 10 mins of moving around my main thing is walking.. by the end of the day with its and bits here and there makes it to 45 mins or more.. now I am incorporating some weights.. gonna try out sit ups and push ups.. before I did not care now I do... want to get to 50 nice and healthy... ( I am 47) right now I can play with my boys at the park or on wii.. I am proud of that for I am making memories for them of a fun mom...The eating on most of the time I do good but once every two weeks I get a craving and I sometimes give in.. but the good thing is the next day I push harder on my exercise.. also I made it like a game to try a new fruit or veggie every week .. finding that I love kale.. on the fruits I am like dragon fruit ... want to be adventurance... getting into eating once a week vegetarian..so that I tried out tofu .. was not so bad.. I mean things are looking good because now I choose healthy items without thinking or dreading it... I'm having more energy .. but do not get me wrong there are days life just does not let me do all the healthy things I am doing (STRESS) but the next day I get back on the barn wagon and move forward... and the best of all this change this time around is that I am enjoying it .. and my sons are proud of me ... not that feeling is the best to have them look up to me....

about those cravings, if they are for trigger food that you cannot control your responce to, try substatuting something close that is good for you. if it is just for something not on you food plan, why is that food in moderation not on your food plan? craving usually are your bodys' attempt to tell you it is missing some nutriciant
