Been mostly sticking to plan. I know that once I get into the dieting groove (yes yes I know, I should be working on a lifestyle change but with as much weight as I need to lose, I'm calling it a diet!) I will have a much easier time. The last year I've gotten in to the habit of giving up at first stumble...need to work out of this. I'm also trying to get used to the fact that it doesn't hurt me to feel hungry once in a while. That's a good thing (not talking starving here, folks, I have to keep the blood sugar relatively steady) but that slightly empty feeling in my stomach. I've gotten very bad at actually listening to what my body says, time to re-learn.
