Good Morning Everyone!! It may seem to others on the outside that I haven't been working on my fitness and weight program as diligently as before. On the inside thought, things have been churning, adjusting and getting ready for outward changes.
I've been working on a 15-month plan to reach my fitness and weight goals. Using 12-week mini programs (3 to start) with mini goals and rewards, I've mapped out the next 15 months.
Now I have a weekly program for the next 12-weeks that includes cardio sessions6 days out of 7, 3-4 weight lifting days, social time in the gym via group exercise classes (cardio) and a weight lifting program from a well-known, respected trainer.
Plus it includes working with a personal trainer one day a week for the next 12 weeks (one of the weight lifting sessions each week); getting blood work done every three months, meeting with a Registered Dietician to go over weight check, successes, challenges, food logs and goals every two months.
Adding using the Spark Coach logging will help keep me on track.
I've also built in reality checks and encouraging motivation for those times when I will need it.
Now, rather than just showing up for personal training sessions, I'm owing my fitness activity - challenges, successes and achievements.
