First day down! Many more to go.....

Tuesday, September 18, 2012

Well I survived my first day, but I did have to much to eat for dinner. I did stay within my calorie range, but dinner was not a healthy dinner (chili with beans and corn tortillas). I did get my excercise in at the gym which was good. My daughter comes in today from MI, I am so excited to see her. Me and her will be driving to CA on Thursday morning for a wedding. Today is another day and I am going to do better with dinner.

HI, although I'm a relative newbie to SP, I've already found the community supportive and encouraging. There are loads of resources on here including, videos, articles, teams, challenges and recipes, I feel like I've only scratched the surface! Good luck!

Every day is a new day and you have to take it one step at a time. You didn't go over your total regardless of what you had for dinner so that's a positive step! You got your exercise in and that's a positive step. You are now two steps forward and no steps back. Keep up the good work and don't be too hard on yourself. You are doing good things and you will get good things in return!
