PUSH THAT TUSH -- Because You're Worth It.
There is a huge connection between what I do mentally and physically.
Food is a BIG issue...and studies have shown that watching those calories and making the right choices has the biggest impact on weight loss success.
I am a firm believer that eating HEALTHY and watching those calories is a number one priority. It's the foundation for success in this game.
But what I do physically, also plays a huge role on my psyche.
Not only does it speed up my metabolism...it makes me commit to a holistic approach of body, mind, and spirit.
If you don't take care of yourself as a whole, success never totally comes together.
The other side is MAINTAINING the success I've made so far.
I'm not talking about reaching goal...
I'm talking about not giving up the progress I've made thus far,
by letting myself go and indulging.
That is so easy to do when you are a carboholic or a foodie.
I can make great strides and then blow it all by getting cocky.
I always need a gentle reminder to myself that this game is never going to be totally over. My weight will always be a rocky hill that requires me to secure my footing and watch my step.
Being careless, I could easily slide and tumble back the pounds.
Fight that battle that says:
"I Don't FEEL Like It"
and Be Your Own Champion.
Again for all your wonderful support...
