After a bad night's sleep - went to bed too early, then couldn't sleep so I got up and checked emails and SP etc., then went back to bed - I had a sleep in.
Up and had breakfast, and a tidy up, then out into the garden. It rained, so in I came. Then it was fine, so out I went and did a few hours.
I was exhausted, and came in and had a soak in the bath, then a rest.
Now we are going over to my second eldest son's house for BBQ.
I am so cold! I was in a t shirt and pants in the garden, then after my bath I put on a tshirt nightie which was fine while away. Obviously it is not that warm in the afternoons! So on with shoes, sox, jumper and long pants for the outing!
I have stayed on track all day today - tonight will be a challenge as my son is a really good cook!
I have gained 2 kgs while away which is better than I thought could happen. I have my WW weigh in on Thursday, so hopefully I will be down a little more. The scales will tell.
I am drinking lots of water! I went to the doctor yesterday for the results of the blood tests I had before holidays and all was good except I am dehydrated, so need to drink more water.
I have to keep an eye on my back and hip and if still in pain, have to go back and have the hip further investigated. I am hoping that concentrating on my exercises and walking will help. I managed to do quite a lot of walking while on holidays. Haven't today, as I spent so much time in the garden.
So tracking food and exercise has to be my main goal every day!
