I forgot how much of a sweat this one makes me work up! It may be primarily focusing on the bottom half of your body, but damn does Jillian know how to kick your butt into gearÖpun intended.
The workout itself went well, there were a few moves that I struggled with last time that I was able to get through quite well today, so that was extremely encouraging. Lunges are still one of my least favorite things to do, but I get through them! I actually really enjoy doing this DVD though.
Afterwards I did tricep kickbacks, biceps curls, push-ups, and arm presses. Obviously Iím really putting an extra effort into getting my arms toned! And let me tell you, doing these AFTER a workout is hard as hell! Iím hoping my hard work will pay off though.
