Well, I took some time off from the BLC over the summer. Life was nuts and I knew I wouldn't have time to give a team the attention it deserves. I did, however, hit the weights hard. Now I'm going back to focus a little more on fat loss and scale back on the weights a tad, at least for the next 8 weeks. So - these pics are the end result of a personal 14 week challenge and my before pics for the BLC 20.
