Boy, nothing like waiting until the last minute. Where has the weekend gone. This won't be as detailed as I'd have liked it to be, but will get the basics down.
Exercise - I have joined the 12-week streak. My plan is to do a minimum of 30 minutes 6 days a week of cardio and 3 days of ST per week working on alternating parts.
Tracking - I will track food each day, staying in range at least 5 of those days.
Adding more veggies to the diet on a daily basis (minimum of 2 a day).
I will participate in each and every challenge presented by the team and respond to the team thread daily.
