Cheers to another BLC round
My overall goals is to really go back to the basics. I really need to focus on nutrition. I'm really good in working out but I tend to blow it by eating (more like over indulging) in not so great things. At the beginning of this journey I was able to moderately eat sweets. However for the last couple of months my willpower towards sweets have been horrible. So for this round of BLC I'm focusing on my nutrition.
Also, I need to focus on me and my personal goals (not fitness related). I need to focus on me instead of draining myself out for others. Its time for me to motivate me, I'm always motivating and encouraging others.
