I am almost 30 pounds away from first major goal weight. So I've been doing a lot of cardio, now I am going to shape my body. This go round I am doing Jamie Eason 12 week live fit. The first four week is strength training only, then incorporate cardio. I think I will like it. Also I am looking into trying some supplements like BCAA, fish oil, whey protein of course and continue to take my multivitamin.
