Really hard to stay on a diet.. when you go home for weekend. My friend kept feeding me rich foods and going out to eat. :( I told her about my diet but she wouldn't listen. So, I start all over again. emoticon

It is hard. Did it seem like you were being sabotaged in your efforts? Sometimes friends and family can't handle our resolve to change, so we have to be really strong. I have not been following my own advice lately and stress is "helping" this situation. Today is the day I get back on track!!!

Sometimes those closest to us are the biggest saboteurs. Choices are sometimes hard and so is success, but you won't lose or win over one weekend. People who don't want you to succeed can be careful and learn to make smart choices in spite of friends/family. emoticon

Weekends are tough. My niece's 1st b-day party was this weekend. It's so hard when you are depending on others to feed you.
Don't let it get you down....since starting SparkPeople, I have adopted a new philosophy on just such occasions. When I have a bad day or a weekend, I just say, "Well, that was fun. Now back on track!" it seems to be working :)
