Plan for BLC20 Plus Photo

I couldn't get my photo over here and don't have the time to mess with it. However, it is among my photos on my page so if you desire to see it, check out my page.

Anyway, I do not have a spectacular insight or new idea for losing the weight this round. I have set what I feel is a realistic goal of losing 9 pounds by the end of the round.

Exercise: I am aiming at 300 minutes of exercise each week minimum. Included in that exercise time is at least 30 minutes of strength. I enjoy cardio but know that to really benefit I need to get especially my core in shape.

Food: I am planning to eat within my calorie range of 1200-1500 calories daily. I will not freak if I go over but will not do that more than once in a week. I am also making a point of tracking all that I eat so that I know what is going in my mouth. When I let myself get away from that the pounds began to creep back on.

Water: I am looking to drink between 6-8 cups of water daily.

Rest: My goal is to get 7-8 hours nightly of sleep. In addition, I am making a point of making "me" time 5-6 days a week. As an empty-nester it sounds like a no-brainer. However, I do work full time and have several important-to-me activities I am involved in.

Encouragement: I plan to draw encouragement from fellow teammates as well as send out my own encouragement to them. This sense of community in weight loss is very necessary.
