What are my goals for this round? After thinking long and hard I came up with several items. I felt that I needed to change things up since me and my body are shifting into a new area of my journey.
1) Since the smaller I get, the harder it is to lose those monster lbs I am used to, I am still challenging myself to lose 1.5 lbs a week.
2) I will track everything, food and work outs.
3) I will make sure I get a minimum of 64 ozs of water a day.
4) I will connect with my supporters daily.
5) I will continue progressing to increase my millage with running and keep running 3 to 4 times a week. Then on my off days, make sure I get in a minimum of 60 minutes of cardio.
6) I will continue build up my ability to resist cravings and temptations.
And if anyone hears of me slacking...feel free to call me on it :)
