My goal for this challenge is to lose 18# (1.5#/week) in 12 weeks.
To achieve this I will go to Zumba 2x/week at daughters dance studio. If this falls through, I also have it on my wii at home.
I will drink 8 glasses of water per day, incorporate fruits/veggies in each meal and eat smaller portions.
If I get off track I have learned to get right back on - instead of blowing the whole day! I will seek advise from my dear spark friends - especially the PINK VIKINGS!!
Now if I can figure out how to add the dreaded pictures lol (be back) I really dont like any of them but the back really blew me away!! I had no idea thats how I looked!!
