Except now I've hurt my back, so I'll be missing a few workouts again, in the interest of not aggravating my injury... and being able to walk tomorrow. Crap.
And I'm sure the weight loss is still going on, I'm still within my calorie limits almost every day, but I'm so bloated right now! Thank you, ovulation. Much like when I'm PMSing, I've got cramps and bloating and ALL that fun stuff.
Can't decide what I want to make for dinner, either. Salt and pepper tofu with stir fried asparagus, or spinach burgers? Probably spinach burgers... I crave them CONSTANTLY!
My new favorite snack that ends up being pretty low calorie... sautee some spinach and garlic in a *little bit* of olive oil, slice up a tomato in the oven and roast it for a few minutes (I do about 10 minutes) and then throw the spinach mixture on top, add about a tablespoon of shredded cheese and broil it until the cheese melts. SO INCREDIBLY GOOD! You get a good amount of veggies for a snack and I think I'd rather have this than garlic bread! Maybe. ;)
