17. Do you have any meals/snacks that you repeat over and over? What are they?
I tend to repeat my breakfasts and lunches quite a lot.
Breakfast tends to be either porridge with a cereal topper like cinnamon apple and raisins or poached egg on toast.
If I'm at work, I'll take my own lunch and usually have either pitta bread with ham or tuna, lettuce and grated cheese or a ham and cheese spread roll. The pitta bread and roll are always wholemeal. I'll also pack a banana, apple and miniature box of raisins to have as snacks.
If I'm at home, my lunches will vary as I have time, and a kitchen, to make soup or cheesy scrambled egg on a wholewheat bagel/toast.
We often have the same things for dinner too but I do try to change some days up. Tuesdays however is sausages night, very often toad in the hole as it is quick and easy to make when I get home from picking my son up from his after school club. Other meals served a lot are shepherds pie, slow cooked chicken and Sunday roast. We also have burgers every Saturday as that is my husband's turn to cook and he hasn't got the hang of anything else yet. It is also our treat day.
