My success plan for BLC20...
Scheduling my workouts is probably the most crucial thing. For the next two weeks I will still be on second shift, so I am going to get my workouts done first thing in the morning, BEFORE turning the computer or TV on. RULE 1!!
My schedule changes the last weekend of the month, and I will go to overnights. I will go to bed shortly after getting home from work around 7 am, and will get my workouts done when I wake up in the afternoon/evening - again, BEFORE turning the computer or TV on.
I will get back into my healthy eating habits - no more dinners from the frozen food aisle (my nemesis the last 2-3 weeks; local store had a great sale, and, well...). I will spend an hour each Sunday browsing SparkRecipes for healthy recipes to replace the customary 'comfort food' soups and stews I like to make this time of year.
I plan also to reward myself, as follows:
160 lbs - new set of makeup brushes
155 lbs - new pair of jeans
150 lbs - new bras
Oh so important - I promise myself NOT to slack off and get lazy when BLC 20 is over. It's going to take a couple more BLCs before I reach my goal weight, and I have managed to undo half the good I did in BLC19 between rounds!! AAARGHH!
Last but certainly not least, I am calling my doctor on Tues 9/18 to get a prescription for Chantix, so I can set my QUIT DATE! I would call today, but I used to work for a doctor, and have vowed ever since to NEVER call my doctor unless it's an emergency on a Monday.
My BEFORE picture is pretty horrible, I am really shocked at how different I look than I did in July. The only good thing I can say about this pic is that the AFTER pic is gonna look awesome!!
