BLC20 PLAN FOR SUCCESS
Workout: I will workout everyday, but Sundays. I will do a DVD or Wii workout at about 1pm, on days I donít have Jaxon. On days I have Jaxon I will workout when Jaxon takes his naps. In the evening when the sun goes down I will take a walk with Minnie Moo Mouse.
Food: I will makes my lunches for the week ahead of time (Sat. or Mon.). I will eat within a hour of getting up. Add more fruit to my diet. Try to drink water every day.
Sleep: I will set a bed time for me, and a wake up time. No nap unless it is really needed.
Rewards: For every 8 pounds I will get a ROXO charm. I will get a ROXO charm for doing 6 weeks of doing my BLC20 Plan. For doing 12 weeks of BLC20 Plan and losing 28 pounds I will get season 1 of Grimm.
