17. Do you have any meals/snacks that you repeat over and over? What are they?
Breakfast: oatmeal with banana or other fruit, cinnamon almonds crushed into it (thats the days I fix my own breakfast). Dh often graciously makes me scrambled eggs or omelet , both with lots of veggies, tiny bit cheese, cooked in a little bit of his leftover bacon grease (an indulgence since I don't eat bacon).
I try to make sure I have snacks - fresh fruit is #1. Like frozen strawberries with soy milk and ice blended in the magic bullet.
Lots of chicken breasts - one we never get tired of is chicken breast with sauteed onions and mushrooms (use olive oil) and a tiny bit of swiss cheese on top.
Seems like every dinner includes brocolli, a good salad (lettuce, red pepper, tomato, celery). Love fresh veggies so whatever I can pricematch for a good price that week at Walmarts.
