Reality check time!!!

So I haven’t blogged in a few weeks because I have completely been off the wagon… I have yo yo'd up and down with the same 3-4 lbs for the last 7 weeks!! THIS IS AWFUL… These last 2 months have been an epic failure and complete waste of precious time!!!

So what can I do to change this… To get back on track… To remember why I am doing this….

Let’s look back at my goals "shall we":
emoticon To lose 110lb -------35 down and 75 more to go.. (that number seems scary at times)
emoticon Be Healthier
emoticon Be Active
emoticon Make a lifestyle change (not a temporary fix)
emoticon Eventually pass on the spark to help others in my life
emoticon To truly get my HAPPY back

Ok ok I needed that because there are times when I forget why I am on this journey… I AM DOING THIS FOR ME!!!! And although the last 7 weeks has been a complete waste, there isn’t much I can do about that BUT the next 7 weeks are chapters still yet to be written and I control that PIN!!!

So I am back on my mission, “sometimes”, IMPOSSIBLE but filled with so many POSSIBILITIES!!!

This week’s goals:
Stay within my calories----Be active each day---Drink my water---Lose Weight!!!

I hope you guys have a Sparktastic Week!!!

    35 down is fabulous! You will do this ...just be persistent or as Granny said "Hard Headed"

    I did the same thing in June and July....I gained and lost the same 3 pounds over and over. So...I started walking daily....first a mile, then 2, finally 3...that worked....In August I lost 9 pounds!

    Move it Kiddo....the more you move the skinnier you'll get!
