1 year 7 months....goal

Hello all.....it's been awhile since I've posted, but I have NOT left Spark. I continue on in the maintenance stage trying to get to my TOPS 7# below goal. You can be 3 over and still be a KOPS.....Keep OFF pounds sensibly, and if it weren't for TOPS and the weekly weigh-ins, journaling and keeping POSITIVE WORDS ONLY in my mind and on my lips, I think I may be heading back, and I am NOT going there again!! I continue with my exercise on a daily basis, usually 30 minutes or more; I just feel so so much better when I get out for my walk or lift my weights; it just sets my day up to WIN!!
How are all of you doing? You still have a 3 months left to get some pounds down in 2012........cuz ya know 2013 is heading our way!! SOOOOOOOOOOO, get that positive mind set, get on those walking shoes, get out those weights, get on that bike....JUST DO SOMETHING to get yourself MOVING.....away from that blasted kitchen!! REMEMBER.......YOU ARE WORTH IT, and YOU CAN DO IT!!!
