I tried this soup the other day and loved it!
Our tomatoes did really well this year.
So I decided to make Chef Meg's Tomato Soup to put it in the freezer. I ended up with 15 quarts. I didn't remove the skin or the seeds from the tomatoes. I blended it by putting small amounts in my blender, and it turned out wonderful! I also used whole wheat bread.
