My 12 Week Plan for BLC20

1. Determination - Believe

2. Strong - Faith

3. Motivated - Support

4. Organized - Prepare

5. Reward - Earn

These next 12 weeks will not be easy, but I 'Believe' in myself, will keep 'faith' knowing I can do anything I put my mind to, and prepare myself to the finish line emoticon

I've already got in the habit of cooking healthy meals at least two to three times per week, I've scheduled fitness/strength days in my journal, and I will be active on my team to get and give support during good and bad time emoticon .

I expect bumps in the road, because this challenge will run through Halloween and Thanksgiving; but I will plan, plan, and plan for my success to the finish line emoticon

I will reward myself every 2 wks, but my main reward will be my anniversary vacation in January emoticon
