I have been noticing a flood of emails from stores about fall fashions. I usually open them because I am curious as to what color trends are coming. But now i am thinking I should just start deleting the emails without opening them because the super-skinny models are kind of depressing to me. My ego is rather low at the moment, so it might be best to avoid distractions that might have a negative impact on my progress. Just when I think the models cannot get any thinner, they do!
