Day 8- Consistency and faith has got me back on track

So I finished my first week back on track, and I'm so ecstatic that I haven't thrown in the towel. And it was worth it- I lost almost 4 lbs my very first week!
My hope is to lose 2.5 lbs per week from here on out.
The reason I say consistency and faith has got me here is because 1) I have had to be consistent in both my eating and exercise habits and 2) I had to have faith that doing it the healthy way will actually get it off.
No diet plan, just healthy eating and exercise.
Time for week 2. Let's go.
