Today is a control your eating day! No pigging out. Be mindful of each bite. Don't start zoning and munching, where you end up eating until you hurt.. both physically and then mentally.
Today is a visualize your goal day. Visualize 142. Visualize sweating. Visualize eating healthy and controlled. Visualize being proud of yourself at the end of the day. Visualize being energetic and focused and getting caught up on those "I'm too lazy" chores. Visualize being good to yourself. Visualize being positive and having a good happy day. No bad thoughts. No downers allowed. Push all negative things outside your happy bubble. Today WILL be a good day!! You can do this!!!
