Day 06 to 10 of 3rd 25 Days (100-D Wedding Challenge):
12-min, 3 sets of 4-min jump rope (total 1595 jumps)
4-min of upper body exercises, 10 reps each (Diamond Pushup, Triceps Dips, Dumbbells Wrist Curls with a 5lbs dumbbell, Front-Lateral Raises with a pair of 5lbs dumbbells).
13-min jump rope (1660 jumps).
60-min pilate class.
2-min jump rope (45 jumps)
3-min jump rope (350 jumps)
3-min jump rope (325 jumps)
7-min jump rope (615 jumps)
12-min ZWOW #17.
2-min jump rope (200 jumps).
41-min ZWOW #18.
*** This time I was more into strength and lots of ZWOWs (started join the Warrior Z - ZWOW Challenge Team's ZWOW 1-30 consecutive Challenge). Hmm, I think I better do jump rope in the morning and ZWOWs in the afternoon so that I didn't get too exhausted. The purposes are to build strength, to lose inches and get fitter & healthier and not to get overly tired!
