I gained weight this summer. Unexpected? No. I realized I was stress eating and under exercising. Angry at myself, a little. More sad. Tomorrow my Dare to Lose More program starts up and I will be back in a routine with 5 other women training and working out to lose weight. 6 weeks to take off what I put on over the summer. I know I can do it.
