Alright- one week down. My goals for the past week were
-log into SP daily
-10k steps on fitbit/day
well i didn't log in daily... but I had to go to the ER this past week so it threw me off as well as wearing my fitbit each day. I know I went over 10k each day. I did complete a personal goal on fitbit which was to go up 50 flights of stairs in one day. I got to 57. :D
This week's goals:
log in SP daily
10k on fitbit daily
go to Zumba class
go to the gym at least 2 times right after I drop Harlan off at school. (I am trying to rearrange my work out schedule to this time frame)
I hope I can get there :D
