My plan to be my best healthy self -- BLC 20

I've been in maintenance for four years, but in a way, I am experiencing a new phase of my maintenance. Last Christmas I got a little too carefree and gained to slightly above my upper limit. Of course I could see the old yo-yo syndrome coming back, so I doubled my efforts to lose the excess. I bought a FitBit and that little gadget really got me moving throughout the day, not just when exercising. I began losing and now am about 15 pounds under what my original maintenance weight was. So I am changing my goal weight to where I am now, but I think perhaps when winter comes, I may need to up that goal weight a few pounds. I will wait and see.

For BLC 20, I am hoping to stay within 3% of my maintenance range. I hope to really put effort into ST, other than just on TNT days, or when it is part of the weekend challenge. I would like to see a change in muscle tone at the end of this 12 weeks. Because I have been at a comfortable weight, I snack more than I should. I want to end this habit.

I'm looking forward to staying in touch with my Panther team because their high level of enthusiasm motivates me to do my best.
