This is what I must do. I have a good handle on the fat and protein, but now the stores of extra food or whatever it is that keeps me sane the first few days of a new way of eating have depleted and I'm just HUNGRY. Obvious solution is more veggies. And maybe another serving of fruit?

I started walking again this week. Feels good. I'm taking the day off today, daughter is coming tomorrow and we'll have a long, slow, steady walk.
