For some reason, I felt as though I started walking on Wednesday, but anyway it's been 4 or 5 days now, and I haven't missed a day!
I've started with about 2.6 miles. The trail I walk at is 1 mile long, with a 1/3 mile extra loop. So I've been walking it two or three times, for 2 1/3-3 2/3 miles. It's a start. I'd like to get to the point of completing 4 miles in an hour. So I'm at a 15 minutes a mile pace. Then maybe 5 mph at 12 minutes per mile.
Got some fruits and vegetables at the store this week too- raspberries, salad, and baby carrots, just to start incorporating fresh fruit and vegetables in my diet (already a vegetarian, but most of my veggies are cooked, and I'm not a big fan of fruit unless it's banana chips or smoothies).
